All of the effort this year was for this:

 

 

    We could really use a little snow to hide some of stuff like the cords and cinder blocks.

 

    As this picture shows the additional height of the new stand really helps the sleigh part of the display show-up above the three big reindeer. And it was a little easier installing much of the things on the stand, less bending and stooping.
